Terms of Service

By accessing or using AGAZ, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of the AGAZ platform and establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of users.

Effective date: August 23, 2026 · Version: 1.0

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an AGAZ account, using AGAZ, or accepting an AGAZ agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. What AGAZ Is

AGAZ is a platform designed to help traders move goods by connecting them with transporters. A trader can provide shipment information, receive transporter offers, select a preferred transporter, and enter an agreement through the AGAZ platform. AGAZ provides platform, communication, matching, and related support functions.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use AGAZ.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure and may not share your account with another person.
  • AGAZ may request information or documents needed to verify eligibility, safety, compliance, or platform integrity.

4. Trader Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate profile and shipment information.
  • Provide route, cargo, quantity, timing, location, and documentation details needed for a transporter to understand and perform the agreed move.
  • Obtain and provide any licenses, permits, certificates, customs documents, or other legal authorizations required for the shipment.
  • Remain responsible for loading, unloading, and other trader obligations unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

5. Transporter Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate identity, vehicle, capacity, and authorization information when requested.
  • Use a properly functioning vehicle suitable for the transportation work and operate it lawfully.
  • Hold required licenses and documents and cooperate with applicable verification requirements.
  • Provide truthful information about availability and ability to complete accepted transport work.

6. Shipment Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and lawful shipment information. AGAZ may suspend, cancel, restrict, or remove a shipment or account where information is false, materially misleading, incomplete, or unlawful.

7. Prohibited Goods and Unlawful Use

AGAZ must not be used to arrange, transport, offer, or facilitate goods or activities that are illegal under laws applicable to the shipment, origin, destination, or transit route. Prohibited activities include illegal drugs, unlawful weapons or explosives, stolen goods, human trafficking, and other unlawful activity.

8. Shipment and Agreement Process

The standard workflow is for a trader to post a shipment, a transporter to make an offer, the trader to select an offer, and the parties to confirm the agreement through AGAZ. Users must not deliberately bypass required AGAZ agreement controls to avoid applicable records, safeguards, or responsibilities.

9. Contact and Pickup

Transporters are expected to confirm pickup details with the trader before beginning the trip. Where a problem occurs at pickup, the parties should document the issue and report it to AGAZ support or administrators where required.

10. Payment and Delivery

The trader pays the transporter for the agreed transportation service according to the arrangement between the parties. Users must not misrepresent delivery, acceptance, or completion of a shipment. AGAZ may review available records and communications when a relevant dispute is reported.

11. Cancellation and Replacement

A party that cancels an agreed shipment should provide the reason through the available AGAZ reporting or communication process. AGAZ may propose or arrange replacement transport where reasonably possible and may take additional action for fraud, deliberate abandonment, repeated misuse, or serious violations.

12. Damage and Incident Reporting

Users should report accidents, material incidents, or serious shipment problems promptly. AGAZ may review available evidence and records to assess a report.

13. Conduct and Platform Abuse

Fraud, scams, threats, harassment, malicious links, attempts to obtain credentials, record manipulation, interference with the platform, and attempts to bypass AGAZ security or enforcement controls are prohibited.

14. Suspension and Bans

AGAZ may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts for serious or repeated fraud, identity deception, illegal activity, abuse, security threats, or attempts to evade prior enforcement. AGAZ may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspicious activity or a serious report.

15. Platform Role and Responsibility

AGAZ provides a platform and connection between traders and transporters. Users remain responsible for their own actions, representations, documents, and agreements. AGAZ does not replace customs authorities, border authorities, permits, government processes, traders, or transporters.

16. Changes to These Terms

AGAZ may update these Terms when its services, operations, legal obligations, or risk controls change. Where appropriate, AGAZ may notify users of material changes and may require renewed acceptance before continued use of relevant services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ethiopia, subject to mandatory legal protections or requirements applicable to the relevant user, transaction, shipment, or destination.

18. Contact

Questions, reports, appeals, and requests concerning these Terms should be submitted through the official AGAZ support or contact channels provided on the platform.
