  • Account and authentication information needed to create and protect an account.
  • Trader and transporter profile information provided during onboarding.
  • Shipment, offer, agreement, communication, notification, support, and marketplace information created through AGAZ.
  • Files, photographs, identification documents, and other materials uploaded for onboarding, verification, shipment, or support purposes.

3. How We Use Personal Information

  • Create, authenticate, secure, and manage AGAZ accounts.
  • Provide shipment posting, transporter matching, offers, agreements, communications, notifications, and support.
  • Review transporter applications and required verification information.
  • Investigate reports, suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, security issues, shipment incidents, and disputes where relevant.
  • Maintain records needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Improve the reliability, safety, and functionality of AGAZ.

4. Public Profile Information

Some profile information is intended to be visible to other AGAZ users because it helps traders and transporters identify who they are dealing with. Private onboarding and verification information is not intended to be publicly accessible unless a feature or lawful requirement requires otherwise.

5. Private Information and Security

AGAZ uses security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access to private information and uploaded documents. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security, so users must also protect passwords, devices, and account access.

6. Information Shared Through the Platform

AGAZ may make information available between users when needed for a shipment, offer, agreement, or communication. Information exposure is intended to be limited to what is reasonably connected to the relevant feature or transaction.

7. Service Communications

AGAZ may send verification, account, onboarding, shipment, agreement, security, support, and other operational notifications required to operate the service. Operational communications are distinct from optional promotional messages.

8. Data Retention and Account Deletion

When an account is deleted, AGAZ may remove associated information where it is no longer needed. Information may be retained when necessary to preserve agreement records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, or protect rights and security.

9. Privacy Requests and Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may request access to personal information AGAZ holds about them and may request correction or deletion where legally and operationally possible. AGAZ may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.

10. Legal and Safety Disclosures

AGAZ may disclose or preserve information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful authorities, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or serious abuse, enforce the Terms of Service, or protect platform security and integrity.

11. Children

AGAZ is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create or use AGAZ accounts.

12. International and Cross-Border Shipments

AGAZ may support transportation involving destinations outside Ethiopia. Where shipments cross borders, information may be handled in connection with shipment operations, documentation, compliance, and other lawful requirements.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

AGAZ may update this Privacy Policy when its services, information practices, security measures, or legal obligations change. Where appropriate, significant changes will be communicated, and renewed acceptance may be required when applicable.
